What qualifies?
Any item purchased directly from our shop that was not customized — including blank bags, pre-patched items, patch packs, accessories, and starter kits.
30 Day Return window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
What's not eligible
Items that have been used, washed, ironed, or altered in any way. Mystery bag contents are final sale due to the nature of the product. Sale items are final sale unless defective.
Shipping costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Custom orders are made specifically for you and are final sale — they cannot be returned or refunded due to a change of mind, incorrect sizing estimate, or artwork provided by the customer. However, if we made an error, we will always fix it.
When we cover it — our errors
If your order differs from the approved proof — wrong colors, wrong size, stitching errors, or damage in transit — we will reproduce or refund the order at no cost to you. No arguments, no restocking fees.
When we don't cover it — customer changes
We are unable to issue refunds for orders where the approved proof was produced accurately, including cases where the customer later changes their mind about the design, color, or size after approval.
